NCBSA Code of Conduct/Ethics and Waivers

Here are links to the NCBSA Code of Ethics and all waivers that all parents need to review and agree to,

for playing in any of our programs and participate in any NCBSA activites.

Please download, review with your child, and retain them for your future reference.

2025 General Instructions

  • Participation is limited to New Castle Town Residents, or children enrolled in the Chappaqua School System. 
  • Please use a computer to register or you may have technical issues.
  • Programs begin at Kindergarten and run through 8th grade for the Recreational Programs.
  • All Softball and Baseball programs are open to boys and girls
  • Please review the Programs Page to determine the program you are planning to enroll your child in. We are an all volunteer organization, and we need your help, especailly as a coach or assistant coach.

Registration Steps

  • First, Review Program Registration fees
  • Second, Download, review and retain the Parents and Players Code of Ethics & Waiver for your records 
  • Third, Click on the Registration link and complete the form. 

 

First, Review Program Registration Fees

  • Player’s Spring 2025 school grades dictate fees and what divisions they will play in the Program, not their age. 

2025 Fees:

Baseball

  • Kindergarten $250
  • 1st grade: $250
  • 2nd grade: $300 
  • 3rd grade through 6th grade: $400

Softball

  • Kindergarten $250
  • 1st grade $250
  • 2nd and 3rd grade $300
  • 2nd and 3rd grade Travel Training $150.
  • 4th grade through 8th grade: $400

Second, Download and Retain Parents and Players Code of Conduct

Submitting your registration confirms to us that you have reviewed these documents with your child that explains good sportsmanship. Registrations also will not be accepted without your clicking on the appropriate box to confirm having read and agreed to the Code, the standard waiver.

Third, complete the online registration form at link below

  • You must use a computer to register or you may have technical issues.

Registering this year will require you to open a TeamSnap account if you do not already have one. This will facilitate rostering your child on a team, and improve email communication to you. Your team coach will update you regularly for major events, games and practices. You will also have access to your team schedules and be notified promptly of field closures or changes.

Additional Information

  • Coaches will be contacting you in April 2025 through your TeamSnap account after final scheduling is determined, with team assignments, schedules and more information.
  • Financial assistance is available. The NCBSA want all children that wish to play, to be able to do so. Please contact the NCBSA FINANCE DIRECTOR. All correspondence is held in strict confidence.

Refunds for Recreational Programs registration fees policy:

  • Requests for refunds received up to March 30 will be refunded in entirety.
  • Requests received after that date will be made for 50% of the fees.
  • No refunds will be made after the Rec season has started.
